The hotel has a great location just off the Q, close to restaurants, the Cleveland Clinic, a stadium, and casinos. The service was excellent in my opinion.

The brand-new room was spacious and had exceptionally comfortable beds. The large bathroom was impressive. The hotel is set in a great location, close to many attractions in downtown Cleveland, as well as bars, a concert venue, and restaurants within walking distance.

In overall the room was reasonably spacious and with 2 twin beds. The location was unbeatable and awesome, at a short distance from a home field. Bars and restaurants were also within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel has a great location in the city center, efficient staff, pleasant and well-appointed rooms with safety features, TV, and a fridge.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the sports entertainment district. We were able to easily access various attractions and restaurants in the area. Additionally, the room size was good, providing us with enough space to relax and unwind during our romantic escape. One of the highlights was the breakfast offering, which had a wide selection and was delicious.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the noise level in the hotel was quite high, with people talking loudly and doors slamming throughout the day.
